Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?

Yes,you can make a reservation via telephone.
The room availability and rates may differ depending on the situation.

When will the cancelation fee will be charged?

Cancellation fee must be paid as follows.
1 day before:20%
Same day : 100%
No Show : 100%

How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?

You can book up to 4 rooms.
In case of more than 4 rooms, we will accept as a group reservation. So please contact the call center.

If I'd like to confirm my reservation details, how can I do it?

Please login to the reserved website, and check your booking details.
For reservation records you booked via our call centers, you can check at the call center.
When you check on WEB by yourself, “My Page” on the official website.
Or please confirm from “Reservation confirmation email”.

Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail?

Changes and cancellations are possible only for those who have made reservations at our call centers.
Unfortunately, we do not accept changes / cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail.
If you apply via WEB, please proceed on WEB you applied.
When applying from the call center, please contact the call center.

How long can I change the reservation details from official website?

We will receive it until 23:59 the previous day,
but in case of change of number of people / room you may not be able to change depending on availability.

Can I use my credit card when I pay?

Yes, you can use your credit card when you check in. However, for security purposes, you can use only IC card with PIN number.

Is there a parking lot?

We don’t have a parking lot on our premises, but there is an affiliated parking lot nearby. (about 3 minutes)
Only our hotel guests will be guided with a 4000 Yen per night.
You can get the parking coupon at the front desk.

How long does it take from nearest station?
  • 4 minutes from Exit 11 of Tameike Sanno Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and Ginza Line
  • 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line
  • 8 minutes walk from Exit 10 of Akasaka Mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and Ginza Line
What time is Check In / Check Out ? (Can I extend the check out time?)

Check-in 15: 00 ~/ Check-out ~ 11: 00. (It may vary depending on the accommodation plan.)
An Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, 1,500 yen (tax excluded) per hour,
after 13: 00, we have 100% accommodation fee only if there is vacant room on that day.
We will not accept early check-in.

Is it possible to leave my luggage before check in or after check out?

Yes, It’s possible to keep the luggage in a locker or baggageport on the 2nd floor.
If there are no vacancies, please let the front desk staff know.
Size of a locker : height 70cm、side length 19cm、inside 50cm

Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?

Yes, but since the hotel entrance will be locked after 24 o’clock for the security.

Please ring the intercom next to the entrance.

Can I hasten the scheduled check-in time?

Yes, you can. If you check in until 23:59 it is unnecessary to contact us. If it will be after 24 o’clock, please inform the hotel.

Can I share the bed with my child?

In case of child under 6 years old, there is no additional fee.
You can share a bed with 1 child per 1 room. For child over 6 years old, the same fee as for adult will be charged.
Amenity, towels, pillows, etc. will not be provided for child.

Is there a crib or bed guard?

No, we don’t have a crib and bed guard. Also we don’t provide a service to bring the beds.

How much is the breakfast fee?

Over 12 years old : 1,540 Yen
Child:0~5years old Free of charge / 6~11 years old 700 Yen

I left something in the hotel, What should I do?

Storage regulations differ depending on the item.
【Valuables】We will inform you as soon as we discover it.
If you do not contact us, we will report it to the police as a lost item on the 8th day after storage at the hotel for 7 days.
【Food and drink】Due to hygiene issues, we will dispose of it on the same day without storing it.
【Other items】After storage for 7 days, we will dispose of it on the 8th day. (There is no contact from the hotel)

Is there a barrier-free room?

We have one room. There is a limit in the guest room, please tell us in advance when you make a reservation.

Is there a smoking area in the hotel?

No, there is no smoking area in our hotel. Also we have only a non-smoking room. If you would like to smoke, please use a public smoking area nearby.
※The nearest smoking area is Tameike Sanno Station Exit 9, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.”

Is it possible to enter and leave the hotel 24 hours a day?

Yes, but for security reason, the main entrance is locked from 24:00 to 6am.
Please touch the room key of the room, or if you do not have it, please let us know by using the intercom outside the main entrance.

Is the bath and toilet separate?

It is differ depending on the room type. Only 【twin room with LG styler】are separated. And the other rooms have unit bath specifications.

How big is the bed?

●semi-double:140㎝ ●double:160㎝ ●twin:100㎝ ●triple:100㎝+sofa bed

What amenities are in the room?

Bath towel / Face towel / Hairdryer / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body shampoo /Slipper
※For other amenities, please use the amenity bar in the lobby on the 2nd floor.

What kind of gown is it?

Dress type with thin fabric (one size)
※For childrens are not available.<size>shoulder width 65㎝、chest size 62㎝、Length 120㎝

How many room keys can I get?

When you check-in, you can choose according to the number of passengers (up to 3).

Can I use WI-FI?

Free wi-fi is available in our hotel.

Can I watch overseas broadcasting?

Unfortunately, you can watch only Japanese broadcasting.

Do you have a stroller for rent?

No, we don’t have a stroller for rent.

Is there an ice machine?

Yes, It’s located in the laundry room on the 2nd floor.

Is there a vending machine?

Yes, It is installed  on the 1st floor.

Can I stay with my pet?

No, you can’t.

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?

Yes, It’s located on the 2nd floor.
・Washing 1 time →500 Yen
・Dry 20minutes →200 Yen

Is there a cleaning service or a trouser press for rent?

No, but we have rooms with LG styler(a steam dryer and cleaner).
If you would like to use that, please book a room with an LG styler.

Is there a microwave?

Yes, It‘s located on the 2nd floor.

Is there no human staffs? What should I do if I feel sick during my stay?

Hotel staffs are on duty 24 hours a day. In case of an emergency, please contact front desk.

How about the security measures?

We are checking with a security camera 24 hours a day.
The hotel is locked at night, so outsiders cannot enter the hotel.
Also, the elevator to the guest room floor cannot be used without a room key.

Is it possible to send luggage such as suitcases to the hotel in advance?

It is possible, but please observe the following.
■Please be sure to use 【prepayment】. We do not accept cash on delivery. (Temporary payment is also not possible.)
■Please send it on 【the day before】 or on 【the day of your stay】.
When sending your luggage, please be sure to include the “”accommodation date”” and “”reservation full name”” on the delivery slip.
■Valuables / fragile items / electrical equipment / raw items / dangerous goods / baggage with a strange odor, or baggage that the hotel judges as such,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept any luggage that we refuse depending on the contents.

Is there a courier service?

If you want to send your luggage to the airport or to your next hotel, please use a nearby convenience store.

If you do not know the location, please contact the front desk staff.

Is it possible to exchange foreign currency?

No, It’s not possible. We can guide you to the facilities that can be handled, so please contact to the front desk.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

Exit the entrance, and proceed to your right side. You can find “Seven-Eleven”.
